The Fire Cadet Program is designed to introduce youth ages 12-18 to fire and emergency services. The participants are exposed to career experiences, leadership opportunities, and community service activities.
The youth learn basic firefighting and emergency skills in a hands on structured learning environment.
Fire Cadets are taught by experienced instructors every Monday from 6pm-8pm at Hoodland Fire's Main Station in Welches, OR.
